Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping is organised and paid by the customer.

How to return

1. Write to info@animimalcesine.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If you like, tell us why: it helps us improve.
2. We confirm the return and send you the instructions. Ship the parcel within 48 hours of our confirmation.
3. Send it, with tracking, to: ANIMI di Rebucci Michele, Vicolo Parrocchia 2, 37018 Malcesine (VR), Italy.
4. We check the item and refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Write to us before returning: if the item is available we will hold it for you, and you can also exchange directly in the boutique in Malcesine.

Exceptions

Items marked Last Pieces or sold with discounts of up to 80% are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as provided by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
