ANIMI is an independent women's clothing boutique in Malcesine, on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. You will find us in Vicolo Parrocchia 2, in the old town, a short walk from the harbour: easy to reach by land or by lake.
We opened in 2014 with a simple idea: dress every woman, whatever her size, age or budget, with Italian clothing chosen by hand. The name ANIMI stands for the two forces behind the shop, love and will, and it unites the names of its two founders, Michele and Anna.
Our story
ANIMI was born from the wish to keep pace with a fashion world that changes faster every season. Rather than buying one collection a year, we chose to work with small Italian brands, most of them producing in Italy with natural fabrics, that can supply us with new pieces every week. The result is a boutique where something new arrives every Monday, and where you will rarely see the same rail twice.
How we choose
Every garment in the shop and online is selected personally by Michele. Each week he visits our partner brands to see the pieces, touch the fabrics and check the fit before we offer them to you. We work with labels such as Dixie, Vicolo, Kontatto, Saiph, Le îls, Susy Mix and Susy Star: Italian brands, honest prices, real sizes. Composition and country of origin are always shown on each product page.
