Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). To start a return, email info@animimalcesine.com with your order number and the items you want to return: we will reply with the instructions.

How to return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
• Send the parcel within 14 days of your withdrawal request to: ANIMI di Rebucci Michele, Vicolo Parrocchia 2, 37018 Malcesine (VR), Italy – tel. +39 045 657 0933 / +39 348 691 4307.
• You can also return items in person at our boutique in Malcesine.

Refund

We refund the returned items within 14 days of receiving them, using the same payment method used for the order. Shipping costs are refunded only if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or colour? Let us know when you request the return: instead of a refund, we can use the amount of the returned items for a new purchase of your choice.

“Last Pieces” – final sale

Items marked as “Last Pieces” or discounted by up to 80% are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refused or uncollected parcels

If a parcel is refused on delivery or is not collected and comes back to us, the refund is issued after deducting the storage fees charged by the carrier, the cost of returning the parcel to us and a 20% restocking fee, which covers the handling costs of the held shipment.

Defective or wrong items

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months from delivery. If an item is defective or is not the one you ordered, write to us within 14 days of receipt: we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
