How to request a return

To request a return, please send an email to info@animimalcesine.com specifying your order ID and the product details. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.

Legal warranty and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Items may be returned without providing any justification and without incurring additional costs, except for the return shipping fees.

Once the request has been submitted, Customer Service reserves the right to refuse the return if the required conditions are not met. If the return is approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to proceed. The items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, with any shipping costs deducted.

Exceptions – “Last Pieces” promotions

Items marked as “Last Pieces” or sold with discounts of up to 80% are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These products fall under the exceptions provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code and are offered at special clearance prices.
