The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use govern the offer and sale of products on this website www.animimalcesine.it as well as the access to it and use of it. The Site is owned by ANIMI Rebucci Michele, with registered office in Vicolo Scale 6 - 38062 ARCO (TN) - P.Iva: 02329310227 C.F. RBCMHL71S25H612X Rebucci Michele is also the licensee of the domain name of the Site. Products purchased on the Site are sold by ANIMI of Rebucci Michele.


SCOPE OF APPLICATION  

-These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by ANIMI of Rebucci Michele on the Site www.animimalcesine.it; 

-The General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time, without prior notice. Any changes and/or new conditions will be in force from the moment they are published in the "Conditions" section of the Site. For this reason, users are invited to regularly access the Site and check the publication of the most updated General Conditions of Sale; 

-The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of the purchase order. By placing an order online, by telephone or by e-mail, the customer declares that he/she has read and fully accepts the general conditions of sale and payment indicated below. Failure to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will make it impossible to make purchases on the Site;

-The customer must print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these General Terms and Conditions sale, in compliance with the provisions of artt. 50 and ss. of D. Lgs. 206/05;

-Under no circumstances will they be able to make purchases on the Site resellers or wholesalers or, in general, any person who intends to purchase the products offered for sale on the Site for the purpose of further resale. It is therefore forbidden for such parties to make purchases on the Site. ANIMI of Rebucci Michele reserves, in any case, the right not to accept orders, from anyone coming, that are anomalous in relation to the quantity of products purchased or the frequency of purchases made on the Site;


MODALITIES FOR CONCLUSION THE CONTRACT 

In accordance with Legislative Decree n. 70 of 9th April 2003, which contains provisions on electronic commerce, ANIMI of Rebucci Michele informs the user that: 

-the customer has the right to purchase the products offered in the electronic catalogue on the website www.animimalcesine.it, as described in the relevant data sheets; 

-the contract is concluded when ANIMI of Rebucci Michele registers the order form, after verification of the accuracy of the data relating to the order and payment;

-before proceeding to the transmission of the order form, the user can identify and correct any data entry errors by following the instructions indicated from time to time on the Site and which will accompany the different phases of the purchase; once the order form has been registered and the confirmation of the authorization to pay the total amount due has been received, ANIMI of Rebucci Michele will send to the user, by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated, the confirmation of the order, the information relating to the product purchased, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs and any additional costs, as well as the indication of the Customer Service, to which the customer service is responsible, user can turn to ask for assistance. It is recommended to keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase;

-the order form will be stored in the ANIMI database of Rebucci Michele for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, in accordance with the law. 


In the event of non-acceptance of the order due to unavailability of the product or longer delivery times than expected, the customer will receive timely notification by e-mail or telephone. In such cases, the customer may vary the product, wait for the availability in the new times communicated or cancel the order, requesting a refund for the amount already paid. The non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, will not give the right to any compensation for damage, nor will it be a reason for contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or to things.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFERS AND PRICES 

-All the prices of the products on sale on the Site are expressed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs and any other additional cost, including VAT and expressed in Euros (€), will be expressly and separately indicated on the order form before the user proceeds to send it as well as on the order confirmation e-mail; 

-The price of the products can be changed without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one published on the product sheet at the time the order is sent.



PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

-The products offered on the Site are connected to a centralized computer system that calculates real-time availability. In some cases, however, there may be anomalies in finding the article selected by the customer. In any case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be promptly informed by e-mail. 

In such cases, the customer can change the product, wait for the new availability in the new times notifications or cancel the order, requesting a refund for the any amount already paid; 

-If the payment had already been made, ANIMI of Rebucci Michele will refund the total amount paid by the user – consisting of the purchase price, the shipping costs and any other possible additional costs – which will be credited to the same means of payment used by the user for the purchase. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, on the type of credit card or on the payment method used. In any case, the value date of the re-credited amount will be the same as the debit.



DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY 

ANIMI of Rebucci Michele publishes on his website texts and images with the utmost precision and professionalism, however, he reserves the right to disclaim any liability for possible technical inaccuracies and / or typographical. Any error will be corrected promptly. ANIMI of Rebucci Michele also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the site whenever it deems necessary without notice. 

ANIMI of Rebucci Michele guarantees that the information published on its site are in accordance with the laws on online commerce provided by the jurisdiction of the country of residence of the customer. 

ANIMI of Rebucci Michele declines all liability for any problems, damages or risks that the user may encounter while using the site. 

ANIMI of Rebucci Michele declines all responsibility for the incorrect use of his website www.animimalcesine.it and for the damages resulting from the client’s computer devices. DATE OF SHIPPING 

All orders received via www.animimalcesine.it will be processed within the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday morning.

-All the information contained in the sheets are to be considered as simple generic information material; 


-ANIMI of Rebucci Michele publishes on its website texts with the utmost precision and professionalism but declines any responsibility for possible technical and/or typographical inaccuracies. ANIMI of Rebucci Michele undertakes to correct all errors in the description of products offered on the Site, as soon as possible, starting from the reporting of the same; 

-The images and colors of the products published on the Site may differ from the real ones due to the settings of computer systems and / or computers used by the user to view them; ANIMI of Rebucci Michele disclaims any responsibility about the possibility that the images accompanying the data sheet of a product may not be fully representative of the characteristics of the original product; 

-The images on the Site are property of ANIMI of Rebucci Michele and therefore the use of such images, not authorized by a written consent from ANIMI of Rebucci Michele will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.


TRACKING OF SHIPMENT 

At the time of shipment of the order, www.animimalcesine.it sends to its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier service. You can follow your shipment by accessing the sites of the courier service and entering the tracking number that will be sent to you. 



AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS 

All the items on www.animimalcesine.it are connected to a centralized computer system that calculates their availability in real time. However, in some cases there may be anomalies in finding the article selected by the customer. In all these particular cases www.animimalcesine.it will promptly notify to the customer.

  3. The interested party enjoys expressly and free of charge the rights as for art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. No. 196 of 30.6.2003, that is: 
  • to ask confirmation of the existence at ANIMI of Rebucci Michele their personal data; 
  • to know their origin, logic and purpose of their treatment; 
  • to obtain the updating, rectification and integration; 
  •  to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block in the event of unlawful treatment;

SUSPENSION AND/OR MODIFICATION AND/OR CESSATION OF THE SALE 

ANIMI of Rebucci Michele reserves the right to suspend, modify or cease the sale on the Site. ANIMI of Rebucci Michele can not in any way be held responsible to the user or third parties for such suspension, modification or termination. 



ESAUSTIVITY

These General Conditions of Sale and Use represent the entirety of the agreements between ANIMI of Rebucci Michele and users of the Site with reference to the purchase of products through the Site and the use of it.


APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION 

-The contract of sale between the customer and ANIMI of Rebucci Michele is concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law; 

-For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of the contract of sale at a distance, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of the customer's town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Trento.
