Is ANIMI open in winter? How to shop with us until April
Yes, ANIMI is open all winter – online. From 1 November to the end of March our boutique in the old town of Malcesine closes for the season, but the online shop stays open every day and you can keep shopping, asking for advice and even picking up your order in Malcesine.
What changes from November to March
- The boutique in Vicolo Parrocchia 2 is closed to walk-in visitors. We reopen on 1 April, every day from 10:00 to 18:00.
- The online shop is always open, with new arrivals throughout the winter and shipping all year round, Monday to Friday.
Four ways to shop with us in winter
1. Online, with home delivery
Free shipping in Italy over €100, delivery in 2–3 working days; 3–5 days to the rest of Europe. Returns within 14 days.
2. Online, with pick-up in Malcesine
Choose "Pick up in Malcesine" at checkout: we live close to the shop, so we will contact you to arrange a time and meet you there. Ideal if you live on the lake or are spending a winter weekend here.
3. In the chat or on WhatsApp
Ask about sizes, fit or availability in the chat at the bottom right of every page, or on WhatsApp at +39 348 691 4307. Join our WhatsApp group to receive the new arrivals first.
4. By video call
Book a video call and we will show you the pieces live, as if you were in the boutique. You choose, and we ship to your home or keep the piece for you.
