2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of products on this website to consumers. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted them. The terms in force on the date of the order apply. Purchases for resale purposes are not permitted.

3. How the contract is concluded

The contract is concluded when we accept the order and confirm payment. Before sending the order, the customer can check and correct the data entered. After the order we send a confirmation email with the summary of the order, prices, shipping costs, payment method and information on the right of withdrawal.

If a product is no longer available after the order, we inform the customer promptly: the customer can choose another product, wait for it to be restocked or receive a full refund to the same payment method.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment and in the order confirmation. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. Conditions, procedure and exceptions, including items marked “Last Pieces”, are described in our Returns and refunds policy.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months from delivery, in accordance with Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Product information and images

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on the screen used. All images on this website belong to ANIMI di Rebucci Michele and may not be used without written permission.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Contracts are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence.
