Orders and payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our providers; we never store full card details.
Can I reserve an item and pick it up in store?
Yes, all year round. Choose "Pick up in Malcesine" at checkout, or write to us in the chat and we will hold the piece for you. From April to October you can collect it during opening hours; from November to the end of March the boutique is closed, but we live nearby: we will contact you to arrange a time and meet you at the shop.
Can I see the new arrivals before they go online?
Yes. Join our WhatsApp group and you will receive the new arrivals as they come in, with first pick. You can also book a video call and we will show you the pieces live.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
In Italy shipping is € 8, free from € 100, delivery in 2–3 working days. Europe: 3–5 working days; outside the EU: 5–8 working days. All costs and countries on our shipping policy. We ship all year round, Monday to Friday; weekend orders leave on Tuesday.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and most other countries. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are paid by the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer; the original shipping cost is refunded only if the item is defective or we sent the wrong one. Items marked Last Pieces or discounted up to 80% are final sale. Full details on our returns policy.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Yes. Let us know when you request the return: instead of a refund, we can use the amount for a new purchase of your choice, and if the size or colour you want is available we will hold it for you. Exchanges can also be done in the boutique in Malcesine, during opening hours from April to October or by appointment in winter.
Sizes and products
Which sizes do you carry?
Our brands range from XS to XXL, plus one-size pieces designed for a relaxed fit. Each product page shows the size the model wears and her height. If in doubt, ask us in the chat: we know the fit of every brand and we are happy to advise.
Are the garments made in Italy?
Most of our collections are made in Italy by Italian brands. The composition and country of origin are always shown on each product page.
How often do new products arrive?
Every week during the season. Our owner Michele visits the brands and selects the new pieces personally.
The boutique
Where are you and when are you open?
In the old town of Malcesine, on Lake Garda: Vicolo Parrocchia 2, a short walk from the harbour and the ferry pier. From April to October we are open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, Sundays included. From November to the end of March the boutique is closed, while the online shop stays open and pick-up is available by appointment. Details and map on our opening hours page.
